What are your thoughts as far as the best businesses to get involved with moving forward into 2011? I've been looking and researching for the "next big thing" and havent really be able to come across anything that has really blown me away. I'm reading alot of generic articles in regards to the whole green movement. Alot of technology articles, but everything seems vague. I'm not able to find a legitimate business with something along the lines of, "you want to invest in this company, or become a partner/affiliate asap.." I've talked to some business associates and some of them seem to think health care is the next big thing because of everything Obama has done, but who knows..
health care is one of next big think, i think in 2011 there is no much different than 2010, what we have it now still gonna be next big think...IMO...
I also think eco and green stuff will be big trends, but maybe not next year, it will probably take a bit longer, in most countries anyway. But if you start working on that now, you will have a great position when this market takes off in a few years I think!
People claiming that "green" is the next big thing are just kidding themselves. Sure, in a perfect world green would be profitable and prolific. Unfortunately, the fate of that industry is waiting for one of two things -- a) a massive, and I mean MASSIVE technological breakthrough, or b) more favorable government policy. Investing for either of those outcomes is a recipe for disaster. Instead, take a look around and see what is happening now. When I do that, I see more versatile smartphones, more uses for a tablet, mobile browsing, social media, etc.
I think both things, "green" and health care are two areas that we can not neglect. Green, well it's obvious why, let's say planet earth can't take it anymore and people started to act more consciously, regarding health care, has become a very strong online niche since the Pharmacy business increased it's taxes. Medicines are a must and much cheaper online. Cheers!
I think the green movement will be doing good. People are always looking for ways to save money. Sure a lot of people won't be going out and buying hybrid cars or anything huge like that, but buying new appliances and even lightbulbs to save money is something people will be doing forever. Healthcare is always big, always. As long as there are humans and diseases, there will need to be healthcare. I don't know anything about that industry, but it just makes sense that it will be good.
Forget healthcare or green, I think one big business trend going into 2011 is definitely smartphones/mobile phones. What with social networking becoming an addiction, we want more and more of that in our pockets, wherever we go. Cheaper, ease of use...many factors still remain that would make these gadgets still the big thing in business. Just my opinion.
The Senior Market is the biggest. Bladders have never been bigger or badder. Same with vision care, cosmeceuticals and pretty much every other business associated with aging. You name it--catered tea parties, tech assistance, medical waste disposal, senior dating sites--you can profit from it.
I think it's another option but it's not a must, ecology and health will be leading, no doubt. Cheers!
Green products are already an established trend in the internet industry. That's old news, this niche is already over-saturated and will continue to attract lots of attention.
I think the green movement will do well. People are always looking for ways to save money. Of course many people do not want to go out and buy hybrid cars or something big like that, but buying new appliances and light bulbs, even to save money is something that People always will.
I don`t know what business is going to be the next big think but i am sure that the IT Field is going to also very well in 2011
haha is porn over-saturated? does it attract lots of attention? Of course it's over saturated but you need to be creative to be successful in this niche, therefore there is always room for more marketing.
I work in the Solar Industry.. and things are on the up and up here in the US. Especially with all the incentives... although Solar is on the way out over in Europe, it seems.
