Here is the deal, my site is an article directory but since august my site is dis indexing means my webpage is disaapearing from Google index, however when I go to google webmaster tool I see their that it's saying that |(44,944 URLs in web index) and when I check google like : site:mydomain.com it shows 221 page indexe what could be the reason guys and why it's two ways... in webmaster onething and in the real site is different. regards
Google has been behaving like this for last couple of months. I think you should write Google about this problem as well. I have done so last month but still i am facing same problem. On the other hand i think you should see you site map as well. i would say you should submit site map again.
well I have resubmite and generated the site map two times but still it's the same in webmaster tools it shows more link but the actual link which is indexed in google is not even 20% of what it shows in webmaster.
