nice layout and stuff but if you are thinking of ranking for one of the most used keywords i would think again. I dont wanna put your off or anything its just ranking high for mesothelioma without a lot of help will be mega tough.

you can use it to see where your competition links are and maybe get yours on the same page

In my opinion I suggest you add a little more design, a logo, header, opt in etc... But, as you said it's a work in progress so keep up the good work and most importantly keep learning as you go

Seems to be okay.. But in my point of view by reducing your menus height and by increasing your header part height with some quality background image would attracts a lot.......
