If you want to fix the number of high PR backlinks submission to 10 per day you will need to do a lot of research to find high PR relevant sites that allows you to post links to them. Or use other web2.0 blogs like squidoo, tumblr, hubpages that allows you to do the same as you are doing on WP blogs.

You can create any number of lenses with single account on squidoo. You can interlink one lens to another as well as to your business pages but if you want to popular some special pages/lens you will need to get more Squidoo stars! A popular and useful Squidoo lens gets good star rating.

Even if you get forum posts as backlinks on high PR forums the links themselves will be on mostly N/A pages. Google goes by page not site.

Yes i agree with australiaseo, you gain exposure for your squidoo lenses.

 

In squidoo you can create you one page it will not give you the benefits of pr page for back link. You have to purchase for that.
