Well he gave me a -1 feedback because I didn't write a review, it's really because I never got a chance to test their services, their VPS's are totally slow, your connection is also going to be very laggy (which is why I never got a chance to test their services), SCvps sells servers on already overstocked servers, most likely. Well, here is my review, Free-Hostz, enjoy.

You're in the US, and the server's are located in the netherland's was. but we stopped the order's and now sell services in germany. and we've had nothing but good review's

You might of noticed slow speed from our NL provider. euroaccess/qirus because of the rubbish capped connection's

 

even I brought yesterday and paid already but did nt get account activation that's why I am worried!

Yes That's true I didn't buy the VPS but a master reseller pack but I did confirm it before buying the "services" in support ticket.
