This is my first real venture into using Adsense - have had it running on my site since it's setup a few months ago, and although I'm reasonably happy with the results so far I'm really keen to try and improve the CTR in particular, which is averaging less than 2%, while I've heard that 5%+ should be achievable? http://www.myworldwebcams.com The main traffic is to the individual location pages rather than just the Home page. Any feedback/suggestions most gratefully received!
These what I have in mind : - Your "home-sitemap-contact us" are competing against the google ad links. Besides, it looks messy on my laptop. Better move those "home-sitemap-contact us" somewhere else. At the bottom perhaps. - CMIIW but you only use 1 ad link on the header. Perhaps you could add another at the bottom of the article/post. Right below the "weather" perhaps. - better to match up the colour of your ad units with the colour of your theme link. It seems that you use different blue colour there.
