submit sitemap with all your products.
try to obtain links pointing to these products. I know it is too many, but may be links pointing to categories.

Well got index around 1000 means google caching your site. Now you need to make your website powerful for the keywords as par your niche.. Try to get backlink from the website related to your niche but don't buy backlinks google will punish.. It will help to get your all pages to index but it take time...

But indexing doesn't matter much if you are not getting the visitors from organic search... means your site not coming on the google top 20 results...... So instead of indexing all your pages concentrate on the pages got index to come on google first page.........

Other than just building a sitemap, make sure it's automatically submitted to google everyday using a cron job.

You should try to get more incoming links to get more indexed in Google.

Unfortunately submitting sitemaps is NOT going to get you more pages indexed. You have a NEW site. Why should Google clutter their index with 100,000 pages for a site that probably no one knows about. Be thankful you have 1000 pages indexed. That is quite good being that it is new.

People absolutely waste their time with sitemaps. Spamming Google with sitemap submissions daily will not get them to revisit a site any sooner than they already planned and it won't make them index more pages than they already have (unless your site has crawlability issues preventing their crawlers from finding big sections of your site). They will use the sitemap to "assist" them with the crawl. If they have decided that your site is only worthy of having 1000 pages indexed, they are only going to index 1000 pages - sitemap or no sitemap. You CAN, however, use a sitemap to prioritize which 1000 pages you would prefer them to index first using the <priority> element. They typically use internal and external linking to pages on your site to pick those 1000 pages, but you can "suggest" which pages should be indexed first, second, third, and so on using <priority>. They may or may not take your suggestions. Typically they would unless linking structures give them overwhelming signals that they should do otherwise.

The biggest thing that you can do to get more pages indexed is to build links to your site. Google bases how many pages of a site to index in large part on PageRank. While it's not nearly as important from a ranking perspective as it once was, PageRank DOES have a lot to do with how many pages they are willing to index. A PR0 site with 10 inbound links and 100,000 pages is NOT going to have even close to the number of pages indexed as a PR5 site with 50,000 inbound links and 100,000 pages. Just not going to happen.

The more links you get (ESPECIALLY deep links to internal pages) the more pages they are typically going to index.

Create a script that can automatically add your new page's url to google for crawling, instantly as you create them. That what I use on my site.

You should ask yourself, "What unique content can be found on my site that has not already been available on thousands of other sites on the web?" I think you're going to come up with a big fat zero.

Sorry if this sounds harsh, but your site has almost no content... LOTS of pages, no content. Most of each page consists of links NOT content. Creating a site made of content you've sucked in through XML feeds or any other type of auto-posting technology is NOT going to be viewed as being of any significance to search engines, especially Google. You are not offering any unique content. Try hand writing product descriptions for each and every product you sell.

Your site has a week backlink profile consisting primarily of low quality directory submissions. I haven't looked but I'd be willing to bet that almost all of those links are pointing to the home page, not internal product pages.

It needs time. and you must update your site daily, maybe you can use some other SEO ideas to promote it.
