downloaded a file this morning...tried to download a file a minute ago and it says download session in progess. wtf?

 

Are you downloading as a free or premium user? Is there any additional information you can provide us to try to diagnose the problem?

 

i am downloading as a free user. I cleared my cookies and rebooted to see if that would solve the problem, but still getting the download session in progress message.

 

Are you sharing your IP with anyone? Are you behind a proxy? Or are you using Virgin as your ISP?

FTP now don´t restart transfer when you upload the 100% of the file. But after do the transfer successfully, filemanager doesn´t show the file so is impossible to generate the download link...

 

I still not get my payments! I have PM to you! Thank you!

 

Thanks for the feedback. We will investigate. Can you please confirm that you've restarted your FTP client and initiated a new connection?

 

I don't see current stats... it's not updating to current

As mentioned earlier:

Unfortunately, we have a huge backlog of stats to process. We have ordered a new extra-powerful server dedicated to calculating stats, and that should be installed tomorrow. My priority is giving you CURRENT stats, and then working on getting you old stats. As always, rest assured that your earnings will NEVER be lost, even if you don't see them.

 

We cannot reproduce this error. We're able to upload fine and see the files in My Files. I sent you a PM; I might need some additional information from you to try to dig down further, since it seems okay from here.

Did anybody else experience the same problem, btw?

 

Could you please review Filesonic's File Manager ?, It is so bad, sort by date is not ok, order is wrong and I can not get link. Can you add search function ?? << It is seeming very very difficult with FS's IT group :-<

 

Hi ftp seems hanging. I can login but it is not retrieving the directory. From my client filezilla

please prioritise that old links are downloadable...without which forget about doing hosting business.
for your info ... all my old links are not downloadable ..always giving 502 gateway...

wow... 3 days and still not recording my stats... dodgy much... I think I made a mistake switching to this site... pffttt what did I have to lose.... the last uploading site I was with (Ugotfile) never paid me.... sick of this scamming bullshit!
