Do you have content filter on? That can mess up your CPC.

Valcho, also your site goes through a "grace period" for about 2 months. Is the site new?

Don't put any sites in the ad filter. Your eCPM is US dollars is almost $4. It's not the best but really isn't that horrible. I am pretty sure that Google takes a bigger cut from ad revenues when you use blogspot to host your site then if you had your own site. This could be the reason why it's not as high as you think it should be.

Ad sizes doesn't help in increase EPC.
What you need to do is filter out low paying sites.
There's no easy way to do it. You have to go through the landing pages of the advertisements and filter the MFA's or sites doing adsense arbitrage.

Maybe most of your clicks are from countries like india etc . or many are fake clicks .

Filtering Ads is not an easy task, you will filter 10 and 20 more will come. Better to leave that and try to increase traffic. As per my view 0.1$ is not bad depending on your location and visitors. If you are getting clicks from US visitors then you will earn more, location plays a major role in earnings.

BTW, I think sharing adsense data is not legal so just think about sharing everything in open. Just a thought.

One of the experiment method is try to put only one ad block say 350X300 above the fold you can get more per click try this
