I am not banned from the index, yet since the coop situation, I have dropped like a rock in google and am now floating in cyber space somewhere. Would filing a reinclusion request benefit me? Thanks.

If you have removed all spam elements from your site then submit a sitemap to google sitemaps. I recently did this with a site that had co-op and now it's rankings are coming back.

If it's the one in your sig, I doubt it's the sandbox since the domain is about a year old and it sounds like you recently had some rankings. That 'Solve Impotence' link in your footer probably won't help you get your rankings back since it is an irrelevant footer link which is what caused your problem in the first place with co-op. If you remove that and any duplicate content then you can try submitting a sitemap to google sitemaps.

    No,
imo you need to stop any link network links displaying on your website (if you are currently doing so).

and work on getting quality backlinks. (yes only quality backlinks). :)

It will help you in this situation.

I'm just saying those types of links like p***s enlargement, vi*gra, etc. could be a red flag to google and, unless dogs get impotence, i don't think it's relatead ;).
