    Submitted a few. You might want to modify the yellowish color of the Name and Email fields as it is a bit difficult to read the text as typing the entries. IMHO. Thanks for the opportunity!

    I think, the yellowish bg is because of google toolbar's autofill. That template - Skinned by [ Free legal forms ] Sponsored by [ Aviva directory ]- is not having that yellow bg on the forms.
