FAQ page doesn't seem to be working for me?

 

My payment info is there, but it appears that there database records for everyone is inaccurate since it shows that I have zero earnings for the previous week and therefore nothing to pay out... They did manage to pay the bonus for last Saturday... Which was being tracked via emails and is probably done manually...

I have switched back to HF at this point until they are able to get it all sorted out.

 

When sells premium account be working normal?

 

Stats still fucking up and I can't upload whatsoever.... And strangely after sending an email to the support a few days ago my gmail account has been hacked... For some reason I have a feeling it's something to do with them.. Oh and I haven't recieved a dime for the last weeks work. Gotta love FileSonic.

 

Maybe it was just me then. I had to reinput my details. HF is a joke too. I often go from platinum straight to copper within a day.

 

Can SM support please respond to either my MSN, ICQ or PM message

 

LOL, same thing happened to me.... after i sent an email to the support my email has been hacked to ... they changed the payoff info, the old password of my Filesonic account and now i can;t access it anymore.

oh, and one more thing ... the one who hacked my account changed the password only on Filesonic, even if i have accounts with good money in account balance on other pay-per-upload sites (Fileserve, HF, Depositfiles) ...

 

Just out of intrest how many others have added there payment info and still not been paid this week?

 

I cannot access the file manager anymore; loading one page takes minutes. Is it only me?

 

It works here, but really slow... Still can´t upload anything by FTP, Filezilla restarts the upload after get 100% on the transfer...

Please fix the bugs quickly, all are losing money

 

I still haven't recieved my promo payment from last week? Sent several PM's and Emails but not had no replys.

 

Too slow. Remote upload sucks, pending way too long... I have a feeling this will be one of those filehosters that doesnt last long.

I gave them my payment info on thursday and I didn't recieve jack shit for it... Only thing I've had is my email account hacked (which I'm ecstatic about!) and a weeks work wasted. I'm telling you now, If my paypal is compromised in any way I'm reporting them.

SharingMatrix went down the drain. R.I.P... Move on guys.

What are you saying, did sharingmatrix leak your information and it was hacked or what happened here? This is big news, if theres security issues that needs to be adressed very urgently.

Yeah man.. I don't use the email for aything other than SharingMatrix... OBVIOUSLY is was them..

Scroll up aswell and you'll see I'm not the only one who's emails been hacked.. it's a disgrace... Read crespojr's post..

 

my account is saying ive been paid, but ive not requested any withdrawal and there is no data on the payments sent?

 

The payments are automatic now anyway, so you don't need to request it anymore... But with the way things are going it's probably a bug anyway.. To be honest I don't have a clue what they're playing at...
