If they give you link, it might not your keyword as anchor and not dofollow. I don't know why people say submitting RSS will your rank, maybe to sell RSS submitter software? So if you know RSS directory which will help you rank, let me know, and I'll check it. Love to hear your comment and argument on this. Thanks.
RSS does not help to get higher rank ...build quality backlink if you want to get higher rank on search engine
rss directories give you dofollow links and get your site indexed super fast. RSS directories are one of the most powerful free tools an SEO has because you can use them to get all your other links indexed - don't neglect the RSS!
OK, I assume it's OK to submit RSS feeds to rss directories. My questions is... how often do I have re-submit the feeds?
RSS doesn't mean for ranking higher in SERP, It is for getting traffic when someone subscribe to your RSS. Submitting RSS just notify few search engine that your site content has been changed for faster indexing.
But I am enjoying it submitting to rss directory I am not sure about ranking improvement but I am getting much traffic in my site, in one day submission I get 109 feed subscriber. Please check my RSS Reader at my site, FeedCat.net at the below of the page, Site URL : hxxt://www.seoofindia.com
Don't resubmit them just use ping-o-matic to ping each time it changes, or if you're using wordpress add more services to the auto-ping list (I forgot what it's called)
