I use paypal and im from india . I need to draw something around 150$ and i dont have a bank account . ( wow) . I need to draw that amount to a friend's bank account and i dont care about the 5$ fee. Now the problem is that the last name is locked/not editable . My friend is a Muslim and im a HIndu , so we dont share any common things like first/last names .

Can i continue with the payment ? or should i look for another alternative ( i have a friend where we have a common last name , can i process the payment with that person ?)

    Nope!

$5 Charge is for the redeposition or Cancelation of the transaction!!Which is Reversal!

i.e Withdrawal is possible only if the name Matches!! And thats why Second Name is Locked For!!

Is your paypal A Verified one? And if yes, you got options to withdraw!!

If you verified it using Bank, withdraw to it or if you verified using CC, Withdraw to that!

    Simple!!
And Why Muslim Hindi stuff Here? Simply Say you both dont have neither first name nor last name matching! :D

Why don't you just transfer the amount to his PayPal account and he can transfer it for you.

Tell any of friends or relatives(WHO HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT) to create a new PayPal account, through his/her PC(different ip) and tell them to use their own names, addresses and verification stuff. Transfer your $150 to their accounts. Tell them to withdraw it through their PC to their own accounts. There will be some transaction fee all along the process, but still it's below $5 most probably(and I read that you don't care about that $5, so there should not be any problem).

When the money reaches his/her account, tell him/her to en cash it and give it to you. It might seem like a huge complicated process, but it isn't. It;s just a few clicks away from actual implementation.

I used to follow this routine when I was underage  . And it DID work.

How do i match the names? do i change the name in my paypal account to my personal names to succed in initiating ACH transfers? it sounds weird, cuz then paypal will have my full names for my personal names, and for the business. i need your help

Best option is to use your family' bank account at it would be having the same last name and create your own bank account for the future.

Just create a new bank account of your own or create a new paypal account of your friends name and transfer funds to it .
