paypal limited my account

Hi,

I have an india paypal account. recently they limited my account citing some 3rd party access to my account.


They asked me to update the password and security questions which i did.

Also they want me to verify the account via CC, Bank account, photo id etc.,

i choose to verify via bank account but i'm being redirected to a page with the list of my bank account. however there is no option to complete the confirmation process???


Did anyone face this same issue previously? pls help

 

Yes, i will do that if bank account confirmation is not possible.

but, i want to know what is the process to remove the limitation by "confirming" the bank account as per their provided option for it.

 

Be patient,I think you will get reply from paypal in 2 days.

 

Kidnly Submit the things What You can possibly Do!!

Incase you have been asked for something you can provide, or dont have,

Simply write up to Paypal and they will proceed the things!

confirming the bank account means you need to send them bank statement to verify your ownership

 

UPDATE: After i submitted my bank passbook scans, the account got restored

i guess he meant the samething? he gave them the scanned copy of bank statement and they restored it

 

I presume providing the bank statement for account restoration and attaching a bank account for verification are the two different things and needs to be done... separately!
