And also that Gmail account has already been registered. The peak of the problem is the buyer is most and i am sure ll not have time or consider my request to reverse that pay and send me to my ID. Any solution to this problem, Any one please help me out....
$1240? Holy crap, who sends that much at one time? :/ Good luck, he needs to dispute the transaction.
if the email you gave him isn't tied to any paypal account: the payment will be unclaimed until claimed.when it is unclaimed the sender can cancel it. an email will be sent to claim the money. if it gets claimed or the email is tied to a paypal account, have him file a dispute and the money will be placed on hold.
well the only thing for that is to file a dispute/unknown charge so that you may able to get the funds back. you should file item that has not been received.
Don't worry. Your money will not go. Ask your buyer to open dispute. Definitely your buyer will get it. Ask him when he receives his money back.
Good chances are, that the receiver doesn't have a paypal account and thus, he won't claim it. Tell your sender to check the status of the transaction. If it says "un-claimed" and it stays as is for 30 days, the money will automatically return to the sender after 30 days. however, if it is claimed and received, Your best bet is to tell the buyer to file a refund case as others suggested.
