Uploading.com pays for downloads

My account status has been Ultra/2 (51%) (since Jul 23, 2010) and my Hungary, Brazil, Japan etc traffic is not 51% but my status still Ultra/2 (51%).Why?

Do not pay for traffic from Bulgaria

 

@tolis46: the percents by months that you posted there were for downloads, or views?
Because the percent is calculated from summary traffic, meaning the views from the 40 countries recognized, and not from the downloads. So although you've got less than 50% dld from the 10 'bad' countries, it doesn't matter, if the traffic from them (# views) is greater than 50%.

I've got 2 questions:

1. Has anything happened with the server in the last 24 hours? Because from my last 10-15 visitors I didn't get and downloads, and I thought that maybe the dld speed may have gotten slower.
2. How many downloads should I have for my account's status to become Ultra? And with no sales (cuz they're hard to get).

Is minimum to cashout 15$ or 30$ . Cause in Uploading.com it's wrote minimum 30$ , here its wrote minimum 15$ !!

 

"1. We have decided to adjust a minimum payout amount for our existing partners also. Since today, once a partner receives a payout with current 30 USD limit, his account automatically gets 15 USD limit assigned."

If you have registered after the news (July 9), you're a new partner and you only need to have $15, otherwise you have a min cashout of $30, and then starting with the second cashout, it will be $15.

As for account status, there must be sales in order to get higher status. Account status depends on several factors - amount of your files, download number, sales amount. In brief, your files should be popular and should bring sales.

For new partners and for existing ones (who received 30 USD payout at least once) minimum payout amount is 15 USD. Please pm me URL address of the page on our site where you found words about 30 USD minimum. Thank you.

 

Why have I been trying for several hours to upload a few files in vain, both using the Desktop Uploader, and the simple Upload method? They stop uploading at some point, and go back from 0% again and again (with the desktop uploader). Is there some storage limit or smth. like that preventing me from uploading more? I've uploaded 175 Gb so far.

Today we start to pay for downloads from Israel (in addition to 40 countries we already pay for). Israel takes 16 place by traffic volume in our service country list. At the moment we pay for downloads from the countries with purchasing power that at least covers bandwidth costs for these countries. At the same time, percent of downloads from paid countries is great, and absence of unprofitable countries guarantees high download rates for our partners.

One more change implemented today is that Spain has been removed from the list of rate correction countries. So if the major part of your traffic comes from Spain, your rates won’t be halved anymore. We need to note that amount of partners with enabled rate correction system is really low at the service. What is more, we are ready to compromise - if your traffic brings considerable sales even with active rate correction please contact us for better conditions.

What is more, today we have launched official Uploading.com reseller program that allows you to resell PIN codes for premium access to our service. We have good news today for partners - we start to pay for premium downloads.

Since today we pay for file downloads done by premium users. Premium downloads from all countries are paid for, however please note that we count only one unique download per each file in 24 hours. At the moment the percent of premium downloads at our service is not less than 10%, so as a result the revenue of our most partners will be 10% increased.

We have checked the system, and upload works properly for both regular and desktop methods. If you face any difficulties please describe them to our support team via the site.

 

What we user view the video online and not download it, how the uploading.com will benefit the site?

 

There is no possibility for users on our site to preview videos on-line, users can download files and then watch them on their PCs. And you as a partner will get money from such downloads.

What is more, as you know, users from these countries do not purchase premium memberships well, so if a partner has traffic from these countries only (for example), most likely he will have less sales and lower status then.
