Looking for good fully managed VPS hosting

    as close to $100/month as possible but I would go up tp $150/month if the service is great

    Its really rare that you see someone like this with realistic requirements and a good budget. There are many hosting companies out there, search around and I am sure you will find one.

    I think, you can easily get server specified by you within price less than $100 USD for sure.

    Go with hostgator vps you will get you own CPU and ram limit and you will not share your CPU limit with any one so every thing is clear
