I'm thinking about closing my PayPal account, but what if someone opens a claim and gets there money back? Can PayPal charge my credit card to get the money? PS: I do not have an attached bank account, just credit card.
But why one needs to take that risk ? Instead of that better to remove cc details before closing account as suggested by DS. DON.
They won't be able to start a dispute. Most probably, paypal will notify the person that the account is no longer valid/or it is closed/ sort of . By the way, with all due respect, it looks like you've scammed someone, now closing the account and are/were worried about being asked for a refund :|
If u Close ur a/c.All details will removed safely and paypal cant reverse bank transfers which or completed and credited...
Yes, remove your credit card first and then close your paypal account. Rest assured...there won't be any problem. Also you said what if a dispute take place and your account is closed. Well, I guess paypal hold some funds for such issues, if they find a dispute and your account is closed then the person who opened the dispute will win and receive his money without any hassle.
