Here is my site..Paid Online Surveys We ported in the wordpress using some type of command, i wanted the word press on our main page so google would see us updating it constantly. however it looks as though the way we didnt doesnt get picked up by google because the code calls upon the wordpress. how do I fix this? whats my solution please help! we are so close to launch
Do you have a twitter account? Tweet some links to it on your account. Google likes Twitter and should find and index your site through there. Google comes around whatever time it will. I think it starts to come more often as time goes by, so if your site is real new it probably isn't visiting that much yet.
Five pages with the exact same content? You must be joking! Set up a decent website before you ask for help to get such crap indexed.
Ha ha... you're right. To OP, why do you have a website where all the pages are the same? If it's not intentional than you should get a programmer to fix it... you can get one for about $10 here on DP.
guys guys calm down haha. the site is not live AT ALL. the content is all same simple because I have not written it yet....they are place holders so that we could link the nav properly and know where content will be put. its not about how OFTEN google crawls the main page....i simple want those " recent articles posts" to be included in the main page crawl currently because of how the php calls upon my /wordpress/ page...google does not even see those posts as content. if its not possible to have it work, then I want to simple make /wordpress/ my root is that possible?
LOL, it was funny at first. I see your point now, sorry, it makes sence. I'm far from the best when it comes to WordPress and I even hired a guy (from DP) twice to fix my problems but I think you should check that in General Settings you have 'WordPress address (URL)' and 'Site address (URL)' set correctly.
