The average turn-around time is 7-10 days for both design and coding.

What we did this weekend was extremely exhausting, we worked 2 days round the clock, but we got it done because @zzargo was on a tight schedule. (I will upload the design to my portfolio tomorrow and add it here)

As specified above in average creating the design concept and coding for wordpress takes a little over a week.
