All sports are good for health when you don't try to be professional. When you do sport for your self then is best sport. I think there isn't big difference between basketball, football or chess (for logic).
But there have to be good trainer, because a lot of beginners do wrong exercises or take to much weight. And it isn't good for health
I agree, but when is boxing for fun or just for your self. When people don't try to reach prizes on this sport. Like i said in previous post, all sports are good if you don't try to become professional.
I read some replies and a lot of them are saying swimming is the best sports for health. Indeed it is the best sports for health, this is because the entire body parts are moving and it is good cardiovascular exercise which is good for the heart.
Swimming! Very fun. I'm a big fat guy and have been swimming 5 days a week for a month and have lost about 15lbs! Plus built a lot of muscle tone in my upper body. Also biking. I can't jog right now because I hurt my knees playing basketball lol, so biking and swimming are my 2 go to sports.
the best sports to our health is getting married and start sharing the romantic moment with ur wife .. that is kind of sport isn't it !
