Hello Friends, i am going to start the link building of my site, can you please tell me what criteria i need to follow on.
@alek i agree but more to go. Link pointing your website with your relevancy for example if you are building links for games website and you are linking to food website with High PR ,You are getting backlink with high PR website but Google give more weight if you target your niche website GAMES.
Hello, Links to a website maintain to be the most significant aspect that search engines operate to resolve where pages will rank in a SERP for your targeted keywords & submit backlinks on dofollow directories.
There are many different places to get links from. Directories/forums/blog comments/social media/link exchange. One thing to say is make sure all links are followed and that they are from quality websites that are relevant to your niche. Still get links from other unrelated and lower quality sites but the better your links are the higher you will rank. Mix up the anchor text of your links don't just use the same keyword or phrase as Google will see you are just targeting one word and could drop a penalty on you.
A spam free site with low OBLS, well indexed and respected by search engines - look for a site with real content and well aged domain
Hi dear, when you are doing link building then always remember that link building with relevant site and with good PR. That's it
relevancy is fine but how i can get the high PR links...?? Because i am very new in link building and my site is also new as me..
Take advantage of every linkbuilding method out there: the more variety the more organic the effort appears. Appearance of naturality is what you want, so mix it up and randomize as much as possible. Also, try and produce your backlinks slowly but surely, and not in big bursts. The service in my sig actually specializes in "link velocity" as it is known, so check them out.
I'd start by doing the math. * pages on High PR web site are strong, because they themselves receive internal links from the rootpage. Page PR is in the end more useful then site PR. * How potent is the page divided by how many links go out from that page. Picking a site with content in your genre is just a preference. Frankly, I wouldn't turn down a link from a food web site, even if the link was pointing to a games web site - just make sure the anchor text is right.
Hi, The advantages of Link Building it creates anchor to the site such that there is increased traffic from the other websites that have related content. Here are some advantages of link building : • The most important advantage of good link building is that it ranks a page higher in the search engine ranking. • Credibility and trust are built through effective link building. The known and popular search engines display the higher ranking websites in the first page of the search. • Increased traffic is also a major advantage that link building provides. • Link building proves to a very cost effective method of advertising and generating traffic. A strong network of links established with other known and established sites helps in getting traffic.
I'm going to give you my advice. Everyone here will tell you to get relevant, quality backlinks for sites/pages with high PR, related niche sites, aged domains, semantically related link anchor text etc. That's all fine and good advice, but the big question becomes, "how do I actually get those links from those sites?" Really, there are only 2 options. 1. You buy links which can get you penalized by Google if you get caught and will cost you a fortune. Linking buying is against Google;s Webmaster TOS and it's very expensive. 2. You write guest blog posts for sites that have the above qualities. You can find sites to blog for at My Blog Guest - it's free to join. Then you have to write decent articles for websites in your niche. You can also contact bloggers who have content in your niche and offer to write a guest submission for a few backlinks.
link buying is really a dangerous game. if you are serious developer, i suggest you not to go for it in large scale.
You can feather the risk by first promoting a dispensible site via bought links and if it works, you can start linking from that site to your main side.
If you are very new to Link Building then you should read much more resources about it to know it first and then try it. If you start practicing it on your site wrongly then it can adversely effect your site.
I'd call that into question. If there it be a way to damage a site with link building the competition would be tempted to use it. So the worst case scenario would be a waste of time.
For quality link building you need to check some categories: 1. web page PR should be high 2. page must be cached & indexed 3. OBL should be lower (may be less than 40) 4. there must be no any bad neighborhood site links.
Hello friends, According to me ,you should check Alexa rank when you got a link from a website. Thanks, SEO DUDE 007
