suppose i provide certain download links to ebooks in my site linked to other hosting sites like rapidshare,megaupload etc .Now,suppose if any link(s) of certain ebook(s) went down/dead ,Will cpalead terminate me for just that?i mean theres hundreds of ebooks on my site and its not possible to always check about dead links to each of them.in this case will you terminate anyone,i just saw some pages back that you terminated one member coz ONLY 1 of his software app. link went dead and his whole acc. is terminated!?

 

Ok so one question, if im using CPAlead on a warez site, is it ok?

 

As said before by Mike: If CPALead suspects you are promoting content you do not own copyrights on, they will remove the mobile offers. If they get DCMA notice from the copyright owner, they are forced to ban you. So use at your own risk.

 

I am not getting reply to my Support Ticket and Jeremy is not coming online either. when is this problem will be solved?

It depends how many other broken URLs there are and how obvious it was. It's in your best interest to stay on top of your content and ensure all URLs are live for the sake of your end-users.

But some people stated in chat yesterday that they got paid and they order the EP Sunday as well.
Any ideas on why they getting paid while others are not?

Getting banned for only 1 dead link would seem a bit extreme, since it DOES happen when you rely on third party hosting sites which you have no control over. I noticed one of my mediafire download links was broken, so I replaced it and now I host all my ebook and software downloads on my own server, so I have full control over it. I recommend doing the same

 

Unless you own the copyright of that content or if not, atleast it is hosted overseas, then it's a good suggestion. You don't want to wake up one day knowing that your website is totally wipe out from your host server because of copyright issue regarding your content. It's a good suggestion but better be safe so you'll have a peace of mind.

 

Absolutely! I'm certainly not suggesting hosting copyrighted material. I own the rights to all my content monetized with Cpalead

Where is Sir Robert? he's way better in resolving things,fast and clear. ANd matured way of handlin the issue. And at least could lessen the worries and burden of publishers having those sleepless nights of what went wrong.
