Total spaming, i have done that before but with 1000 links, it was before i knew anything about SEO and was fooled to buy a package for like $30.00 or something. my site dropped from page 2 to page 8 and stayed there for like 3-4 month...

If they are coming from the same server / same IP then it would be considered as spam attempt from Google perspective. I do not think the relevancy could help much anyway. What do you think this kind of link if you are Google? I bet you would think the same as they are.

This is really a good question that you had in your mind. As per my knowledge it will treat as spam and the reason is you can do such with only application. Without any application you can not submit such a huge amount at a same time. Even if you use a unique C class ip won't help you from spam.

I've read a couple people who seem to be experts and they claim it doesn't hurt while others say it will. From everything I have read I don't think it hurts as long as you rotate the anchor text. Don't have the exact same keyword everytime. That doesn't look natural. Use some associated keywords as well as you main keyword.

You make it sound like 100 links is a lot of links. You realize it's a very very small amount? Plus it takes time to get indexed unless you ping all these sites back to Google. People make more than 30 posts a day on DP with 2-4 signature links so that's about 100 links per day right there. Does this mean they are going to get discredited? Of course not. Now, will they help you that much? Probably not, as they are PR 0 links. Focus on quality 100 links per day and your results will be great.

    I think it's risky.
But there are valid reasons why a site might get hundreds or even thousands of links in a day or two. If a company creates an incredible viral marketing campaign and people spread it around the world.
So what does Google do then?
There has to be a mechanism in place to recognize the difference between a genuine viral campaign and a spam system. And they probably look at the value of those links. So if your hundred links appear in one area or group of pages, they'll flag it.

No one really knows how Google works in these respects. But it's simply too risky to even consider.

Most likely what is described in the OP will be seen as spam, it almost certainly wouldn't help in the SERPs. I would focus on better quality backlinks on high PR sites spread out over a period of at least a few days to a week or two. There are freelancers on DP or elsewhere that can do this at a reasonable price if you don't have time to do it yourself.

There we are, perhaps this is the crux of the matter; you pay a premium for a good service in link building and you'll probably have better results than paying less to a cowboy who'll spam your site all over the net and get you black-listed.

I've never tried a link-building service. IMO you don't really need to, you just need a few hours a day and few months of work.
It looks more organic, and you'll learn a lot from being involved in forums and so on.
That's all you're paying a Link-building company to do, post your link slowly and naturally. Having your site appear in hundreds of link over night doesn't really look al that natural and will probably raise alarms with Google somewhere along the line.
