Troy, can you please tell me why my early payment button is "temporaly disabled" ?

 

We are in the process of reviewing more than 100,000 of our publisher accounts and it's widely known at this point. Anyone who has broken our TOS, would obviously use the early payment option to bail out of our network before we catch them. Therefore we have temporarily disabled this option until our review is completed.

 

Looks like no one has taken me up on that offer so far. Only one publisher and he IMd me today and worked it out. He broke our TOS, but realized he did and admitted it. If you guys would just admit what you did wrong, and talk to me like a reasonable person, I'm sure we can Reform your account and come to an agreement. I have literally personally handled over 200 cases myself. This is the level of service we provide at CPAlead. It's not like the CEO has anything better to do with his time. ;-)

My question is "does the Movies/TV sites still OK by provide links to other sites?" ? the mobile offer already took out a month ago anyway, so no mobile offer showing now. I think a lot of publishers still running movie/tv sites even it is not making as much as before.

Could you guys clarify that please.

Hi, I used to make 500$-1,000$ DAILY with Cpalead. in the last day of july they banned my account and took all my money like they did to many others affiliates. After over a week of emails without any response i believe there is'nt another option to see our money but a Lawsuit. i believe they stole millions of dollars from honest and hard working affiliate and i think they are not going to pay nothing to most of us. I am checking that option with my lawyer. if you want to join the lawsuit or u have an idea what we can do legally please post it here.

As of right now, you are promoting my free lindens page (I cannot show the link because my account is too new with DP)

When I complete a lead on the Gateway, it brings me back to the same page and does not credit me with Linden. Can you explain this?

 

Because we cannot verify with every publisher if they do in fact own the copyrights of the material they hold, we can only 'suspect' that you don't. If we suspect you do not, then we will remove mobile offers. Granted, if we are notified by the copyright holder and they can verify that you are not the owner of the Intellectual Properties, then we will be forced to ban your account.

Keep in mind, if you ever get in trouble for promoting this content, we have always paid in full.

Its a legal gray area that is tough for us to define, therefore we choose not to make any assumptions.
