Unfortunately, like many of you my account at CPALead has been blocked and I lost all my hard earned earnings. I didn't spam, I didn't promote fake or adult content, so I was really surprised that I was banned. But, ironically I have to thank you CPALead! After searching for incentivized gateway networks, I found BLAMAds. - Earnings have been great - Affiliate Managers who ACTUALLY respond - And wait for it, wait for it, Yes! A network that doesn't block my account and take my money! Anyways, that's the end of my rant. For those who were blocked, don't lose hope since there are other (better) networks out there.

BLAMAds is pretty awesome. Adscenmedia and LeadBolt, they have content gateway as well. Incent2click, Axon Media Group, I heard they also have their own gateway. Hope it helps!
if you are having issues choosing just one network to run offers from, come check out www.Godly.us, we allow you to to choose of the many networks that use direct track or has offers to get the absolutely best paying and best converting offers.
None of those networks should be excepting copyright infringing material. If they do, they better not be promoting mobile offers on those sites, otherwise they risk losing their mobile offers for good. Also, I challenge anyone in here who claims they were terminated wrongly or falsely to publically post their publisher ID from CPAlead, so I can personally look up the account. But be prepared to have your dirty laundry aired out in the public to show we terminated you for a legit reason. If for some reason you were terminated without cause, I will gladly reinstate your account and reimburse you for any lost earnings you may have endured. That's my CPAlead guarantee. hell no dont work with blamads they are part of ewa which is a blackhat group of affiliates who are notorious for ripping off peoples niches. if you cant work with cpalead then try leadbolt but expect lower epcs. they accept tv and movie traffic and arent known for stealing publisher niches

My account was recently terminated for inactivity, and the email said to reinstate the account reapply. However when i try to reapply I receive a message saying domain is already verified and it wont let me continue. I would like to have my account reopened asap. The login email for the account was sales @ infinitewebhosing.com (without the spaces, they were used to avoid spam). Please reply asap in this post or preferably to my email. I have the same problem like you, a month ago I stared promoting CPALEAD offers, but 2 days ago I got banned for no specific reason, I PM support and he didn't answer to me at all! I've just earned my first $130 and I was waiting it to get paid via payoneer card because I need some money online to buy stuff to improve my buz, in fact I don't have fuck content like they say, plus I'm using the same technique to sell clickbank products too using youtube to get traffic! I don't know what I'm going to do, setup a new account and change the game with them, but I'm not giving away any free content "illegally" and that's problem, or find out anther sponsor to payoneer card that I can work with, without problem............;( Bad News, right?

I switched to Pinball Publisher Network a while ago and it performs better or in worst case same as CPALead. I think they allow movies sites, but you have to apply with white one.

Its really good idea sharing this kind of issue, we that recently CPALEAD do massive audits and will be a lot of publisher got their account terminated
I have just joined Dollarade so lets see how it goes... they have fully customizable "Overlays". You will be reviewed by support before accepting. But the process goes pretty fast.
