Contest $200 PSD Home Page ReDesign

I'm looking for Homepage redesign for http://bit.ly/97jUsM and once the winner has been chosen a slight modification to a second template page of the home page. Ideally I'd like it to look more like powerpivot.com with an opt in form on the right. Site design must include all the services offered on the existing site. I like the circled text links and paper textures in powerpivot and would like to get an update to http://bit.ly/97jUsM by incorporating the look and feel of powerpivot with some added creativity.

Ideally I'm looking for someone to work with creating psd's and logos with on an ongoing basis, so this is more of a trial run.
