Can anybody send a refund request ?

    I'm trying to request a Payment Cancellation / Refund to Sender.

    I goes to "Contact us" page and select topic, press the Get Paypal Transaction ID

    After i choose the id, it's appeared 'please wait...' and it's still there for DAYS.

    I've tried IE, Chrome, Opera, Firefox but nothing different.

    Help me, this refund is very very important to my reputation.

    you cannot do payment crenelation from that page,that page only cancels the payments which have been sent to unregistered paypal ids,to cancel a payment you need to go to transaction details page and from there you can refund the payment

    You just want to refund the money?why not click "isssue refund" button?
    The sender can not send a refund request...

    I think more than 90 days.Otherwise he can find "issue refund" button.

    The account i used to received his money is the first time use, there no more fund available to make a new payment.

    From July 27th, 2010.

    No, it's doen't. Only a week but i really dont have the 'issue refund' button.

    I have completed the refund by sending a refund request via webform in "Contact us" page (topic Disputes), also provided them full of infomation about this transaction such as Transactions ID, Buyer email, Date of transaction and the amounts.

    Hope this can help people.
