1. Add your website to Google Webmaster Central and verify it
2. Create a Sitemap.xml file
3. Submit this sitemap at your Google webmaster account
4. install robots.txt. You can create it in your webmaster account
5. install urllist.txt file in your root directory for yahoo
6. Verify your site with yahoo site explorer.
