It seems most people claiming they're banned without reason are omitting that they actually deserved the ban lol.

That webpage was on facebook and it is NOT Adult, it goes to : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wijf3XGq4ng , also i did not say... as you say: "Complete this survey to see a couple caught having sex on Google Earth" , there was a widget as this one:



As i use it for about 15 hours .. and notice it about the adult thing that it was not adult.. was a funny video, i removed the webpage from facebook just in case i was breaking any TOS from cpalead by placing SEX , when there were no Sex at all, so im using the same widget since that day for other website. If this was the reason, do you think is not better to contact me, and tell me, please Mike, remove this as it is not allowed, ( it is so simple ) , instead ban my account for this mistake ? , please Troy think about it, I think im right, you did never had any problems with my account in over 9 months, and a little mistake that was resolved in 15 hours.. by me in this case when i realize about it , i do not think in my case is a good treatment of banning my account.

Just i think you should reconsider this. I personally hate fake content , i hate spammers and i hate frauds, things that you will never see from me as a publisher. Please talk with Jeremy also, he knows i helped him with over 40 fraud publishers since i started on cpalead by reporting them as they did not have content after surveys.

I will appreciate in exchange to come back to cpalead and my account to be restored. You can even minus that widget commisions, i think it was about $69 , not sure about it, but on my cpalead account i have actually $1493.00 ( $450 to rest as are for the amazon gift cards that i spent from my pocket last month to pay to members from my rewards script.)

Hope you reconsider about this matter.

I register on cpalead before 3 months and don't have any problems but last weak i try to login on my account and i could not do that.On board on cpalead home page when i try to login i get this message

Promoting FAKE Content. NO ADULT CONTENT FOUND!


But i don't promote any fake content on my blog i promote ebooks tutorials for the games and visitors after complete surveys can download this ebooks i don't see any problem with my content and don't know how is my content fake.I contact support with 10 emails at least i didn't get any answer i try to call but didn't get any answer too.I wont to my account back and i think my account termination is big mistake.i like cpalead and it is my favorite cpa company but this with my account i think its termination legit account.I have 260$ unpaid and don't know what to do now.I contact Troy on this forum but didn't get any real info and answer can i back on cpalead and what is with my account?

 

i thought most negative post here are all plain bashing until my friend called me and he cant log in anymore to cpalead coz he's been inactive. And this is very untrue coz everyday he log in always. I think the system is flaw now, anyone is vulnerable except those ass lickers. It's kinda random now , reading all post here, some mistakenly banned, although some reinstated. But still unstable thing make publishers worry, coz everydays most of us worked hard to earn money, and any delay will mean dollars lost

I understand the need to defend your network, especially with all the news that your banning affiliates, stealing their profits, and that you guys lost most of your top offers due to fraud. If it's as bad as the rumors say it is, then it explains why you guys have taken this drastic step. "Desperate situations calls for desperate measures"!

 

I'm going to have to keep restating this so everyone knows why we ban publishers.

1. Account is inactive for 30 days. In this case, we will send the publisher a full check for the remaining amount even if they didn't reach the threshold.

2. Using bots to auto-fill our offers. This is an immediate ban without a chance of getting back into CPAlead. We have found A LOT of this recently.

3. Spamming. Much like the person who created this thread here, Spamming sites like Craigslist or Facebook will get you in deep trouble. Even if it's just a "one time" deal, you are still jeopardizing your whole account.

4. Fake content. If a user completes a survey, and does not receive their content, that is bad for our industry and the end-user experience. In cases like this, we will ban the publisher's account. However, publishers that are banned for this reason, can still come back and create another account with us as long as they give out REAL CONTENT. If they are caught with fake content again, we'll revoke earnings / terminate again.

Let's keep CPAlead clean together for the honest publishers who are earning a living and who deserve the best offers available. If you find someone who has fake content, who is spamming, or using bots to fraud our offers, please report them to Security. We <3 our honest hard working publishers and we'll do whatever we can to protect them.

And what's gonna happen with the people that are waiting on their payments. Mines still saids "processing". Many people don't have a day job and they work really hard on Cpalead to pay their bills etc... How soon can we expect payments?

cpalead is still the best out there, but slowly it is goin down, their answer here in forum is always upgrading depends on how they want to have the best answer on every new and special case. they simply cant admit to have flaw. i mean they apologize on other thread that the account has mistakenly banned, but in this thread they cant, they even showing rudeness by redirecting those who got banned to other network instead of answering and clearing everything and any case.

Also troy making excuse when you make a widget, only fake and Adult content that were not allowed, but everytime they post an answer here,they include spam and blah blah to justify their act . and publisher couldnt do anything coz they have no power, but just beg to release their earnings.

if cpalead is serious in business, they must release the earnings prior to violation (or is there any ,some are randomly ban). hey cpalead team you're just human u got human errors too, i know you mistakenly banned others and revoke their income. ALso proving for your humanly nature, CPa website is always having stat lags and issue, server crashes especially early morning or afternoon without any notice to public

 

Here's the problem. We have already explained ourselves over and over again. Go back and reread the thread if you want to know why we ban some affiliates. We are a large network with over 100,000 publishers, we have to take a strong stance with our TOS.

The fact you refuse to define your own policy is laughable.

I can tell you right now for a fucking fact that 2 of your staff members have told me I can spam Youtube. In direct conflict with Youtubes own TOS. I know this because I tried to report someone for spamming and was told you allow it. This was only 2 weeks ago!

I'm pretty sure if I rang up Facebook and described the advertising methods used by most your Facebook advertisers they'd be quick to define that as Spam too.

You make life difficult for yourself by being assholes. Honestly.

That sounds like poor management. You guys have a major problem over there, and you owe it to your affiliates to make it right. Especially the ones that had there accounts banned by mistake. That's why people are upset. Come clean!
