    I suppose you could. If I had listed the list for $40k or something that is more in line with normal asking price the guys flaming would be the same ones saying the site is not worth the asking price because it is only a month old. You are buying the method and the contacts more so than the site its self. The site is something you could sling up in 20 minutes.

    You have to love guys like hartwm when you ask that you only provide details via pm and then he puts what is in the PM on the fourm. I knew you could not trust most of the guys on here but he just help reassure me.

    i am 100% sure that some thing wrong with this sale,how did you guess monthly revenue by just 12 days old revenue? also screenshot is very low quality.upload us a better screenshot and from details of 1 day.not daily

    I have a medical related website with the following trafic between March 12, 2007 and August 2, 2010 (today):
    45,853 page views, xx,xxx clicks, xx.xx% CTR, €2,109.71

    I have never received a warning from Google, and I will not change anything on my site because I don't like to make cents like "normal" guys.

    Note the word "rarely". I didn't say this was impossible, I just said it almost never happens. If you have a legit site, legit content and you follow google's TOS 100% then you have nothing to be worried about. However if your CTR is over 15% you better believe that you're raising red flags with google.

    BMAC, take a look at my signature. It'll be about another week before the app is live on itunes but if you have an iphone/ipod/ipad, buy the app. It's only $5 and YOU WILL want to keep your domain name. It's a VERY GOOD name you have there. I wouldn't sell it even for 5k!

    Basically, this a-hole posts with FREE VEHICLES and then send you to his worthless site with no information and pictures he stole from other site.

    I emailed him, others have emailed him. It's a big waste. Don't buy anything.
