hey dude in first time you can do the SEO of your site. when your site is promote than ofcouse visiter search your site on youtube.

You can use iframes as well as follow the documentation - frames are crappy and are only search friendly as of a year ago but this would definitely work for you

No. the youtube api will work just fine. It requires a little bit of coding though. Go through its docs its really very helpful.
