I didn't say David Catapano Got million said he cost classmates.com millions.
It was never about the money its a class action suit. They sued classmates.com for false advertising and won.

And now he is working on a case verse ripoffreport.com
He already has money, thats not what its about.
It is about putting these companies with no morals and ridiculous business practices out of business.

To answer the other question. No I did not create this account just to tell you about this.
I am active in this forum and like the people here.

searchit- PM me when you have a minute. we are currently doing this for our clients, but with the positive press tactic. I am aware of the tricks to actually remove the report from google's index but the method seems a little dangerous to me to be honest. I'm sure if you guys have a good solution then we might have some clients to send your way because a small percentage of our clients would pay big bucks to have the rip off report removed completely, so I would like to give them that option.

Going round raising long dead threads is a pathetic method of spam posting to advertise what boils down to be a program to assist crooks in hiding the truth about them by burrying it with posts that are blatant lies.

Woaaaah... easy now... first off, we don't take on a client unless he has been a VICTIM of ripoff report. There are scam artists and extortionists that will file false ripoff reports to get money from a successful business. most of them are the 'Rip off report removal' companies themselves. Sometimes its a disgruntled employee that wants to get back after being fired, and sometimes its a different person with the same name as our client that had the original report filed against them. These things CRIPPLE businesses. If we see a lot of reports filed against someone we won't touch him.

Second- we don't post anything that is 'fake'. We take their existing press releases and populate the first pages of Google with them.

Third- I'm not 'advertising' anything... I was looking in the serps to see what has been said about rip off report removal and this thread came up.

    Sweet Jesus.

How is it slander? You just admitted on DP that you have software that tampers with their system.

He is the owner of the site, he can do whatever he wants...not illegal, maybe a moral issue, but not illegal...

and recording a call in some states is illegal...

It seems like you are going to loose quite a bit of money, and be nowhere in the end.

You are the one thats in for a big surprise...

If people did not rip others off, maybe they would not be on ripoffreport.com

Its all the more funny why scammers do not like them.

Yea but how many company's are in there that did nothing wrong? I bet you can find several hosting company's in there that suspended someone's account and refused to refund, because they were running phishing pages or distributing warez on US servers.
