Mate, many including me having good earnings with SM. I too having high traffic dl sites from where i getting sales. So if you face any such problems, do talk with the support over IM or send a PM here. He is a generous guy and almost all who complained here got solutions too.

 

At 3 days i can't use FTP. The files just don't donwload or donwload but not enter in my account.

Please, how can you fix this?

ok.. the complaints are mounting.... i have alot of forum owners asking me to stop posting SM file links due to unprecedented complaints not only from free users but also from premium users as well.. at the moment the only reason i am not leaving SM is because of the premium users that bought from me... i dont want them hanging dry by leaving them and switching to another host... but if these problems continue, i will be forced to do this... i have to admit that i have earned a lot from SM but this is slowly destroying my name... when will this end?

 

Any new news from the tech department regarding the 10 min wait fix? I had hoped they'd be back in touch after our conversation.

Groups owners informed me that a lot of members are complaining that even buying premium accounts they still can not download from SM, i tried talking to them to posponed the banning of SM links because of the filesonic migration they have given me 1 week to delay the banning. i even sent you the full email from the group owner

If this continues a lot of uploaders will transfer to another host because whats the point of sharing SM links if the group/forums will not accept them, just like the other member im still with SM bec i dont want to abandoned those members who bought from my links.

I don't want to destroy my name that i have built when i supported HF, a lot of my followers bought premium accounts from SM because now that started sharing links from SM

Any update on my premium downloads not counting (>2weeks), its impossible that after buying from my links they will not follow my post.

I still want to stay with SM because of the good earnings, but this will drop if members started to send my post to trash or even mark me as spam and group owner and forum admins banned me for still posting SM links.
