You can buy cheap IP addresses if you have a VPS hosting account. Knownhost, for instant, sells $1/month for one Private IP address.

Just contact them and tell about your requirement, may be they could assign dedicated Ip for you or else you will have to upgrade for either reseller plan or server....

In order to get a different IP Addresses for each of your websites, you will have to contact your hosting provider, JustHost, and ask them to provide you with Dedicated IP Addresses.

Dedicated IP Addresses are not free, but do not cost a lot.

Why would you want a different IP for each of your websites by the way?

This is NOT true. Some servers host thousands of sites!! (with the same IP). SEO has no bearring what-so-ever on the IP address.

Answer to your question is C class ip hosting wherein the IPs have a different "C Class".
You can manage them under a single account too.

If you're interested to know where you can get them, PM me with your requirements :)

Web hosting and SEO are quite closely related. If you interlink sites having same IP addresses Google and other engines may regard this as artificial linking!

Are you sure about this. I recently create domains and sub-domains with the same IP. I wonder about the bearing on SEO-related activities.

I think a different "C Class" may help, not sure about a different IP though.
