Suggest Ad Placement and Good Template

I have been writing a blog. Can you suggest me some good template and good AD placement so i can get better ctr.

i'll suggest using your search function inside wordpress play around with themes and ads placement. there is not a set rule.

 

I want to know where can i get good themes for putting on my blog ??

Also any changes in ad placement shud i do ???
