Being indexed is not the same as a PR update.

PR updates usually happen once every three to four months .. 'The Google Dance' it's referred to... where it stops, no one knows

Page one rankings are still going to be VERY far away everybody...
.. keep in mind, we're not navigating through weak search terms...
... even my "Organizers.co", while small numbers in comparison to some of the other names i (we) have in .co, is still 50,000 searches a month and very competitive with 11 ads (and $3 cpc)

I hope no one is discouraged by sitting on page 200 after a week (IF you're even lucky enough to be on page 200) ... haha .. i mean, be a little realistic...
... i'm content on waiting for my 'designcompany.co' site to take it's natural course - that's at least a legitimate site with all original content... it should do fine within six to eight months (for this niche)... but organizers.co will probably never get ANYWHERE with what's there right now.. it might even get to sniff top 50, but it won't sustain ... this is just to show a possible end-user that they can have a nice new look with a nice new name... with any luck i get a few clicks from google, but this won't be a real page one site unless i add to it and really make it a full web site

 

Usually once your website is found and indexed, even if it's only one page.. it's an automatic PR0. Not talking about any major or minor Google PR update. I'm just experiencing with www.petssale.co - if you search for "petssale" the website appears on page 5, if you separate them then it's completely gone which is understandable for the short time and no backlinks.
Well now maybe that i posted the url in here it might get PR0 by tomorrow! lol

 

"Pets Sale" is only 1,000 searches a month with $0.32 CPC
... go to google and type in "PetS Sale" (with the quotes) and all the ads you see there are for ''Pets FOR Sale"

'PetS Sale' is not exactly what you would call a competitive name or term... no one seems to be fighting for page one for 'petS Sale'

I'm not questioning the domain name quality. IMO it doesn't matter how many people are searching for a specific keyword if your website is nowhere to be found. I'm just experimenting with it.. i'm not sure yet what .co domain name i want really to develop and invest time on it... maybe bocaraton.co as a city guide, what do you think of this one?

 

just trying to point out that it 'should' be significantly easier attaining a page one rank with a name that only has 1,000 searches on it.

i think all travel sites and city guides have potential to be very good ... depending on the content, obviously.
i'd love to see what you do with a site like that being as i'm just a half hour (forty five minutes) up the road, and south florida having SO much to do on a regular basis should make it easy to fill up... although, a lot of work to stay on top of

Yes I will give it a shot when i come back from vacation! I have no energy to start anything now, it will need lot-of hard work and quality content. I'm looking for a city guide cms maybe it will make life much easier.
