What happens to the revenues that are held when someone is banned or frozen?

Are they refunded to the advertisers?

I think it was explained few pages back... if your account is closed due to inactivity than you are paid... if its other reasons than logically you are not paid.

I got sent my remaining revenue after I got removed for inactivity. If a few hundred clicks a day makes me inactive then f*ck me...

Then got an email back saying it was for security reasons - hence my assumption that CPA got hacked - cos I sure as hell didnt.

At the end of the day, like everyone says, they are a scammy company. All there offers involve ripping people off (Acai, subscriptions, free trials that turn out to be paid)... I dont know what I was doing wasting my time with them anyway.

I can make 5 times the amount on other more legit projects.

Anyone else think Jeehan works for CPA?

Your account was terminated because you did not log into it for over 30 days, however you were paid all of your earnings in full. Just apply for another account, I'm not sure how this makes us a "Scammy" company when we paid you in full.

I was always thinking that best money making activity is opening your own affiliate program like this... but these discussions always stop me. There is many good networks which are run in private mode with limited number of publishers and I hope this wont happen to CPAlead... that would be loss for small honest webmasters and for me who makes money mostly from referrals.

Can someone explain to me why do they need to put an account in hold just because you didn't login for a month? I just don't get it and it's weird.

    Hi Troy!

    I sent you a PM yesterday, I hope I get a clear answer :)

BTW I noticed today the highest converting surveys in the US are paying more, is this a permanent thing Troy? :) Thanks!

CPALead wants quality and eager publishers, also to remove stale and some fraudulent accounts :)

Troy, this rule should be adapted a bit... I would say that inactive account would be account where are no earnings more than 30 days plus was not accessed 30 days... I can imagine that 10% of top earners are going for 40 days vacation without internet making thousands than it get locked and they make nothing... come back from vacation, they see money in their paypal but lost earnings for 10 days... than they have to change all codes at all sites.
So please try to change this.

I am happy that many of my inactive refs who made 0 are gone from the list... but there were also those making money and now they are not may refs anymore and I loose money also.

Because they are stealing money from us. I wonder how much money they just 'made' by pulling the plug on so many accounts recently.

Have you ever heard of a program doing this, ever?

It's a shame to see a program rise and fall so hard, so quickly.

I posted an explanation a few pages back, but it looks like it got lost in all the bickering.

The ads that I have seen in the marketplace encourage ethical practices that coincide with our TOS. If you find an ad that doesn't, since it's hard for us to comb through them all, please contact security and notify them.

The 'no fake or misleading content' rule applies to everyone who has created a Widget. This is something everyone agrees to when they create a Widget. With that said, we are removing violators as they are reported to us and we're doing our best to ensure that all content being promoted on Facebook is real.

If you find someone who has fake content, please contact security and they will look into it. Help us keep CPAlead clean for everyone who plays by the rules.

how would a person's account be fraudulent if he/she isn't even logging in on his/her account? Your database is for sure big enough to handle thousands of publishers or even millions and it doesn't make sense putting them on hold because they're not active anymore. If that is to protect your advertisers from showing their surveys to a non-active website then the best possible solution is just to remove all their widgets rather than holding the account itself.

I hope you don't get me wrong Troy but that's a weird rule you have there.

    Hello,

    My account is also frozen.

If I dont make any lead for a while it's because they dont have any good lead for french people for about 6 months now !
With a good one I can make $100/day

I promoted cpalead and now I lost all my referal, most of them have also french trafic and are waiting for some good leads.

It seems that cpalead considers webmasters as pets.

CPAlead is by far the best program I ever joined when I started earning money online. Their staffs are so far responsive to my concerns, I'm earning good amount of money from them and I have no complaint about it.

I'm just curious why CPAlead needs to put the accounts on hold when it's inactive for about a month.. That's why I'm asking Troy about it..

What also surprised me is that.. Troy stated that their accounts put on hold because their account is inactive for a month and these publishers are now popping out like mushrooms that they needed badly to get their accounts back after a month of inactivity isn't it weird? LOL

But the fact that Troy already confirmed that they're indeed putting an account on hold if they're inactive for a month is something the publishers and their staffs need to talk about here. it's really weird if you're going to ask me.
