0.01/Click from Viral Facebook Traffic?

Hello,
I've been getting some quite good viral facebook traffic to a new site of mine however I'm getting 0.01 clicks. Is there an explanation for that?

I have two of the same ad code on the same site with one on a better placement and one on a worse. Will this affect the CPC?

cpc is based on your niche. any traffic results same cpc. but bad traffic resources result account suspended.

 

you might wanna move the other ad to some where else so u can maximize its exposure. and yeah the_borrower is right about cpc being based on your niche. certain niches don't get high payouts simply because the advertisers dont bid too high on those keywords. good luck buddy.

 

cpc depends upon your topic if you are topic is entertainment,games you will get low cpc even 1 cent

 

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Anyway I can increase the CPC even for games? I already have the ad above the fold and it's in the most visible place. I got plenty of clicks just 0.01/click doesn't add up to much.

 

Yes you can increase your cpc on games website try to put both text and images ad block it will increase from 1 cent to 5 cents some time it goes to 8 or 10 cents

 

you are talking about putting image ads along side text ads?
