I am currently experimenting with Wordpress MU and I want to add in two sites that both use Atahualpa but are set up differently - their own separate header pictures and formatting. I am told that it is not possible to do this. The headings are set in the main admin part of the site and have to be uniform for all sub domains/directories. Anyone got any clues?
OK, so it sounds like you want to use the same theme across 2 different sites, but want each to have it's own customizations. It won't work as simple as that. If the theme has any backend settings, you can of course set them individually for each site, but you are making custom template changes, it will be across the board for all sites in your network. You can try changing the name of the theme folder and install it a second time. ie: Atahualpa , Atahualpa2 .
