Hello everyone, We have just redesigned/restructured our website. As we are only 6 months old we have focused on adding more "trust elements" such as phone number, address, testimonials. Our target group is small businesses that don't have the resources to do research themselves. Also consultants and angel investors. www.dropresearch.com I am looking forward to some useful feedback and honest opinions. Thank you so much. Tobias P.S. Do you think the site seem reliable?
No need to change anything in the template its looking clean and professional you have done a good job in designing
site looks very professional. gives all info potential customers are looking for in easy to find location. good work.
It sure is a nice looking site Tobias. You say that you are focusing on the trust elements. If I was looking to buy some research the first thing I would ask myself is are these people qualifed to do a decent job. Sure you have a few testimonials but the only reference on your whole site to qualifications is on About Us page "..Our network of our experienced researchers are based all around the globe to ensure the local knowledge...". I suggest you have some professional biographies of at least the principals of the business plus some of your key experienced researchers.. Pictures, qualifications, specialty areas. Stuff like that. Also where you say "Want to talk to a real person? Call us at +1 408 890 2089" - I suggest a name or two would add to the trust.
Hello tshelle, I recommend that your call-to-action button be a different color. You want it to stand out against the rest of the text and images. This will help increase conversion rates. Also, it would be to your advantage to make use of video to quickly explain to potential leads what you do. A great example is Wild Fire App's site http://www.wildfireapp.com/ A video on your homepage can online video can increase the chance of a website conversion because it can: * Enhance a customer’s ability to understand or relate to your services. * Demonstrate convincing features and benefits; your Unique Value Proposition. * Engage with the customer on a more personal level. Let me know what you think. Kindly, Shelby Optimizing your website for conversion isn't expensive. Leaving money on the table is.
Hi Ray, Thank you so much for your specific feedback. This is great. I have made changes to the front page where I have added a few testimonials, but especially the about page. What do you think of it now Ray? As buyer, would you then "trust" this company?
Hi Shelby, Thank you for your suggestion. I will definitely keep this in mind. However, I wouldn't like to change it without testing first. It might be an idea to make this test in website optimizer or visual website optimizer. /T
Yeah, your site looks legit. You may want to enlarge you gray bar across the top. It cuts off you logo as well as all the links up there. Also, I would just a popover opt-in in addition to the little box you have down at the bottom. Good luck on your campaign.
