site is fine but why domain name is on your personal name where as site is a social network site ? odd. very odd indeed !, and everywhere instead of different users contents are uploaded by yourself e.g. "From Viruthagiri" it shows no body is doing anything but only admin himself. you can your own different profiles to show to users that site is active by activity of users. yes, in the beginning we need kind of strategy to throw positive effects to users. and at the last no SEO, no clear vision for "what kind of site it is" at very first moment. no message , no about the site , no descriptive title at all. .. later you know "ahh, this is the another social networking site" trust me no body is going to your about us page which is having link from footer only to know "what kind of site it is ?" description even of a line , must be on front page. even facebook tells .. "connect and share.. blah blah.. "

 

i will give it personally a rate 5 , mediocre , needs much changes and please see is it CSS validated from the looks it seeems it is not ncielt validated lol

 

It is ok, but what is it about? If I don't know within 5 seconds why I should stay I will leave. Also, if is some kind of family site, then you will have more women visitors. Color scheme is wrong for females, brighter colors

I'll update my site soon with clear description, About us page and other page. Yes the domain name is on my personal name. I know it is odd. I tried to find a suitable name for my site. But i couldn't. Orkut is the inspiration to name my personal name as domain name.
I've seen in some page like this.
"Orkut was the brainchild of Orkut Büyükkökten, a Turkish software engineer, who developed it as an independent project while working at Google.He developed Orkut as an independent project (all employees at Google can [Orkut Buyukkokten] spend 20% of their time working on personal interests)"
