Hi to everyone! I'm just wondering how do you usually relax after really difficult and stressful day. I prefer to go to the bathroom and then for a walk but I want to verify my rest. How do you usually relax?
After a hectic day's work, I relax with a hot cup of tea, watching TV. My younger (and mischievous) kid (3 years old) will always keep me engaged as I enter my home till I exit for office. The time simply runs off...
Nothing like coming home, taking a nice shower, eating a good meal, sitting down in the recliner and cracking open an ice cold Bud Light.
After a real difficult day at work, I enjoy working out. Working out is a very good way to relieve work stress or any stress for that matter. After I get home, I will shower and eat a small meal, as I relax on my BIG comfy couch with my cat.
It should be hard to rest if you need verification for it Also, I like "going to the bathroom" as a way of resting. When you get old, you need to get some rest after you go to the bathroom... Just kidding, I understand English is your second language. Same here. I myself never feel rested. I always work until I drop my laptop to the floor. To relax, I also prefer tea and an episode of a favorite sitcom. If only fitness helped me relax. I feel fat when I go to the gym and see girls checking out other guys...
Exercise does it for me..Specifically Martial Arts training. Sometimes if you're really mentally or physically tired you barely feel like training. However, once you get going it just flows and the after affects of feeling energized continue for hours.. My .02

That's hilarious! Personally, my way to get relax is having a nice and relaxing....umm.....Making Love. (Please excuse me if such Adult talks are not convenient here - I couldn't find softer term for that stuff)
Lying in bed!! Just stretching for a while, then reading or watching something on TV/DVD. A great cup of tea (in winter) or good old plain water to quench any "delayed" thirst...... Some ppl mentioned working out, well, I actually do it first thing in the morning hehe......
I go to the gym, but only actually go in the gym if i want to relieve stress! otherwise I will just go in the pool, spa and jaccuzzi! hehe!
After a difficult day i like to go fishing or walking at the beach. I like the smell of the ocean it so relaxing.
