thx delux don,cant i make TWO personal acc.? another ques.. can i use paypal for "checkout" and "buy now" situations(recently as my personal account is limited) ? I mean in these situations you DO NOT need any PP account,you just need to pay directly by CC(i will use VCC).thatz it.
It is true that Paypal allow 2 accounts/person. One is personal paypal account and another one is premier/business account. but when you sign for example a new Personal Paypal account then when you enter PAN card number while registering and you make a new Personal Paypal account but when you again sign up for a Premier Paypal account then while registering they will again ask for pan card number then when u enter same PAN card it says PAN card number is already to another paypal account so your plan of making a premier paypal account remains incompleted.Paypal allows 2 accounts on one name thats true but when PAN card rule came to India,u can have only one paypal account.If u have old paypal account created long back you can use that account.
