Why they disappear? I will tell you why: They buy a reseller account for really few bucks (imagine to pay a beer) then they open other hosting accounts super cheap and they oversell giving unlimited packages so you can see two different kind of scenarios:

a) Full Disk or suspended account for using too many resources.
b) No experience, hacked by using a simple PHP Shell with the obvious HD erased, no backup and it's better to disappear instead of giving answers.

Hosting it's not easy, hosting is to monitor account and clients, having good care of server(s), giving support and... never selling UNLIMITED packages and never buying UNLIMITED packages without reading AUP/TOS carefully.
