What are importance of visitor's comments in seo

    Day by day one of my website is getting comment from visitors I have just wondered that those comments are effect the keyword phrases

    if does, Can I leave comment on my website which includes my main keyword phrases :p

    One thing about having blog comments on site is that it helps keeping your content fresh and regularly updated. When you have comments, Google will see your page as often being updated, as well as visited.

    it keeps your blog fresh with new content. googlebot will visit your blog more often as it will find new content on future visits which is a plus.
