Is this some kind of we don't like you anymore rule ?

 

what about the tax thing , is it only for ppl from USA ?? because I am from tunisia and we don't have a tax about internet income here

 

you should be employed by cpalead,Otherwise, its a pity!

 

Just in the morning when i was logged in to my cpalead account, there were no widgets in the "widgets" section.I had made about 7 widgets but today, i found nothing. Why this happened so? please help.

We have had no other reports of this happening, you may want to ensure no one else has used your computer to access your account.

Publisher reporting is catching back up to live data, tracking was completely unaffected during this issue.

 

hi , i have an active account, on cpa leads, i do not live in the uk, but i did when i opened the acc.
now i have moved to asia, thailand. there is a logo, the cpa logo over the slot for me to type in my password ? why ?
can anyone explain this please, i have mailed cpa, and they said no problems, i asked friends in uk they can enter my acc. i asked the tech guys in cpa , no reply.
so can anyone help me on this, thx. it is crazy how i cant get into my acc. but other countries can , so obviously im not banned, and i have used different laptops to see if the fault is on mine, no its on all here.

I registered CPAlead and pending for approval.

My publisher ID is #107041, and please approve my application.

 

Today i logged in my account and got an error message saying that my account is on hold... Just now that i became active again in the network lol...
Since i know i did nothing wrong, i hope i get an answer soon from my affiliate manager.
I hope google is wrong, because the topics i found state that most of the times people in this situation get no reply from the representative :x

 

cpa are the worst for replying to any problems, but the first to shut u down for no reason.
i even asked them , is my acc live they dont reply, and they earn cash off us lol.
and the people who are suposed to be of help are about as much use as a chocolate fire guard.
but hey i guess we just grin and bare it, cos were dummies.

 

They do reply and try to help but I would suggest to use other way than this forum to get support.

Obviously i sent an email to my representative to sort this matter.
I replied in this topic since i notice it was active with cpalead staff checking it in a daily basis.

once again, can anyone help, i have contacted cpa but no reply.
i try to login to my cpa from asia, and there is a cpa logo over the password entery slot , therefore i cant type my password to enter, can anyone explain why ? cpa is not banned in thailand , i have checked.

OK OK, it takes some time for them to reply to emails... give them at least 48 hours... your problem seems to be very specific... I would suggest that you take screenshot of your problem and also check HTML source of the page and post it here or send email again with this info... I am sure they would ask for that.

 

If anyone has trouble with their account, please contact your affiliate manager. I cannot help you here. I am an owner of CPAlead and I have employees that help me out, I do not provide support for individual accounts here.

Recently, all the banned accounts that we have looked into were found to be SPAMing or using bots on our offers. Also, many accounts on here that we tried to contact to help, never responded, leaving us to believe that someone is creating new accounts here on DP just to make a scene.

So for now, if you have a problem with your account, please contact your affiliate manager and give some time for them to respond.
