Web designer need

    HI all, I am looking for a web designer.

    I currently have a site and would like the site dating optermise and the ability for other people to upload there own videos plugs.

    I have little knowledge of who hmtl is doen so need trust worthy and realiable person.

    So where are you base and what can you do regarding designing redesigning a website to look and run better with little impact on the site till it is ready to go live.

    I need a realiable person have been stung several time.
