You constantly here that mesothelioma is a top paying keyword so i decided that i would test this out with my backup adsense account. I created a blog about mesothelioma real quick and put adsense ads on it then i went onto another computer and clicked on a few of the ads just to see if its true that they pay alot, they didn't. When i later checked my adsense account it showed 4 clicks for 0 dollars. what could explain this
However 'expensive' the keyword, if your site is a crappy scraped and copied blog, with little traffic, nobody will pay big bucks to have their ad appear on it. But don't worry about it - carry on behaving like that and you're adsense account will be banned soon anyway.
i was just testing it out and its just a spare adsense account that i dont use so i don't care if it gets banned
if you do not care if you get banned: 1) create a page for expensive keyword 2) make sure expensive ads are shown 3) buy traffic (for cheap keyword or untargeted) to that page
I agree. Even a high paying keyword doesnt matter a lot on such a complex and foolproof bidding system like adwords. Build reputation and real traffic first then earn big bucks.
Oh dear. You really don't think a multi-billion dollar company with the most sophisticated anti-fraud measures in the world is not going to connect your 'main' adsense account to your 'spare' one?
I guess we will see him soon starting a new thread with the title 'Help me please, I got banned from Google!', SY
